Description
Nobody - feel free to take it
I love the "good luck" part. Some of this is captured in the FAQ, but it might not be a bad idea to separate it out into it's own area. We can include pointers to the newsgroup, FAQs, bugzilla, and Wiki. We can also include links to member companies that provide services and support. Do you envision a link in the main menu bar? Or just a link of the main page? +1 for a link in the main menu bar and all the other ideas in your comment. The support page should become *the* new landing page for everybody that needs help. I suppose that I can put together the bulk of the page if you can add in the service providers. Where are we at with this bug? Still planning on doing this? I added a Support blurb to the contact us page, since that's likely where folks are getting the idea that they can call us: http://www.eclipse.org/org/foundation/contact.php |
