Problem was reported by the Taiwanese tester. This is also a US English 
problem.

        Steps to recreate problem:
        1-Workbench MenuBar -> Windows -> Preference...
        2-Select the Plug-In Development -> Source Cpode Locations
        => No shortkeys for "Add" and "Remove" buttons.
