If a newsgroup has an RSS feed it sure would be nice to get it to show up in the newsportal so that people don't have to go looking for it to find it.  Right now there is not really any public place where the newsgroups (unlike the mailing lists) are showing that they have an RSS feed.

Perhaps these should also be added to this page:

I fixed this as part of some Phoenix bug that I don't have handy.  All the newsportal pages override the default RSS icon and use the link rel=-alt.
