Re-create procedure : 
Workbench Menubar -> Windows -> Preference...
Select Plug-In Development -> Target Environment

Both "arch" and "Apply" use "A" as a shortcut.

Should use different mnemonic.

Value: to improve accessibility.
Risk: low - requires moving '&' char to another position in text in the 
messages file.

Used 'h' instead of 'A' - fixed.
