This is the overarching bug to implement update policies in debug views.  It includes: 
- In variables, registers, and expression views, choice of Automatic/Manual/on Breakpoint only update policies.
- In Debug view: retrieving a limited number of stack frames, and disabling of thread list updates.

With fixing of 202656 we can declare this umbrella enhancement bug complete :-D
