patch
Hi Samson,
Could you please check the patch in?
It implements lazy dynamic loading of ssl library.
So this library isn't required at all if an user doesn't intend to use security features.
Thanks.

Feature Description Document
Hi Joanna, I thought this enhancement could be closed as "WONTFIX" since ongoing implementation of security doesn't need this feature. Current proposal for the implementation of security doesn't need this feature. (In reply to comment #4) > Current proposal for the implementation of security doesn't need this feature. > This feature would be required for 206875. Note, this enhancement has not been reviewed/approved by the AG for 4.5. As of TPTP 4.6.0, TPTP is in maintenance mode and focusing on improving quality by resolving relevant defects and increasing test coverage through test creation, automation, Build Verification Tests (BVTs), and expanded run-time execution. As such, TPTP is not delivering enhancements. As part of the TPTP Bugzilla housecleaning process (see http://wiki.eclipse.org/Bugzilla_Housecleaning_Processes), this enhancement is resolved as WONTFIX.
