AK (5/11/01 6:26:47 PM)
1. open 2 files in editor
2. double click on the title bar
3. i expected the whole editor windo to zoom
instead, only one editor zooms

NOTES:
EG (5/17/01 10:50:21 AM)
the current behaviour is what I'd expect. I want to give the
full space to the editor I'm zooming.
	Moving to ITPUI

KR (5/22/01 3:28:08 PM)
I agree with AK. I have a bunch of editors open and expected to still be able to switch
between them after maximizing. Even if this is working as designed there's odd
behavior when minimizing. The minimize double click not only minimizes the editor
	but also switches editors.
It seems that the double click is sent to the perspective when it has already been
	minimized.

	To reproduce:
-open a bunch of editors (>= 5) with the editor view arranged on the right side of the perspective
	-maximize the first one
-double click in the right third of the title bar to minimize
-the editor is minimized and switches to the file that is under the cursor in the minimized state
