Use keyboard navigation only to navigate to a javadoc document that does not 
appear in the navigation. Press Ctrl-Tab to get to the content toolbar and 
then tab to get to the Synch button. Hit enter to synchronize. You'll get the 
error message saying it can't synch, hit enter to dismiss the dialog. After 
this there is no focus anywhere on the frames in the help view.

So far, the only workaround was to switch window focus back to help (Alt-Tab) 
and then continue.

This was fixed by removing the unnecessary dialog. The current M4 candidate 
build 1216 does not longer show the problem.
