When doing a search in the symptom results view the view is not scrolled to the selected record, the user has to scroll down/up in order to see the selecte record. This is a usability issue that needs to be addressed.

I would say this is an important usability defect, since the user doesn't know whether the search succeded or not, since no selected record is sometimes apparently found in the visible area of the view. The user needs to scroll up/down to find the selected record.
