In a TPTP JUnit test, I created a new Test Deployment, went through the New Deployment dialog, got to the screen where I define locations for the depoloyment.  I clicked Add... and got the Add Location Association dialog.

Press F1, no context help appears.  Click the help icon in the lower left, no help appears.

Bulk update of the target field to reflect the change in iteration numbers.
