Open the Test Perspective.
I have a java project that contains a TPTP JUnit test that I've run as a Test several times. The project contains a lot of logs from these test runs. 
So, I right click on the Test java file in the Test Explorer and select Report ...
Go through the wizard and finish it. 

Notice that this report does not appear in the Test Navigator. To see it, select the project name and refresh. The report appears. Please add a refresh of the Test Navigator to each New Report wizard. 


I've noticed that this happens when: 
* Open Automatically is unchecked and generic time is put in
* Open Automatically is checked and generic time is put in
* .... there are probably others ...

Using 4.4.0.3, this is only applicable for the JScrib report types.  The BIRT report types are working as designed.

Jerome, please provide a sizing.
