Patch for ensuring parent story doesn't get corrupted on new task add

<patch> Patch ensures new task data created through New Task XPlanner Editor contains enough basic settings so that parent story doesn't get corrupted when the new task is added to the repository.
Currently the task appears to get added successfully, but because some properties (disposition, and possibly name) aren't set to default values, retrieving the task's parent story subsequently causes the server to error out when retrieving some related values, causing the story and possibly even the iteration to become unusable.

[patch] Rob, sorry to bug you with this, but could you check in this patch when you get a chance -- it fixes a pretty bad bug with the new XPlanner task editor that my tests didn't catch previously.

Thanks

No problem Helen. Patch applied, ip log updated. If you add the [patch] tag to the front of the bug summary it would be best. We have queries in our task list that group all tasks that start with [patch] so that we can act on them in a more timely fashion.
