For whatever reason, when viewing page diffs, the "Permanent link" item in the side nav is not a link, which makes the side nav look fairly ugly. In particular, the spacing for the non-link is different than the rest of the items, but the colour is unexpected as well.

Non-links should probably be surpressed from being in the side nav, as they don't really serve a useful purpose.

Looks like this was fixed with a recent upgrade.
