This feature will cover the work required to decouple the TPTP LTA (Log and Trace Analysis) functionality:

 -import/export and view/report logs
 -log analysis (correlation and symptom analysis)
 -symptom catalog import/export and authoring
 -GLA runtime and parsers
 -GLA adapter authoring

into a set of separate Eclipse features like: 

1. Log import/view/symptom analysis and correlation/report 
2. Symptom authoring
3. GLA adapter authoring
4. GLA runtime and parsers (at least what is used in the TPTP workbench)

To achieve this kind of separation we will need to refactor the plug-ins structure and also some of the code (beside of moving it around).

The outcome of this feature will translate into enhanced flexibility for the consuming products in the way they will be able to use and 
package the TPTP LTA functions.

Since a third dependent feature has been opened/requested, we will not merge 200138 into 200139.

I'll have the top level subfeatures defined ASAP so the 207240 can be done before this enhancement has completely defined all the required plugins.

As of TPTP 4.6.0, TPTP is in maintenance mode and focusing on improving quality by resolving relevant enhancements/defects and increasing test coverage through test creation, automation, Build Verification Tests (BVTs), and expanded run-time execution. As part of the TPTP Bugzilla housecleaning process (see http://wiki.eclipse.org/Bugzilla_Housecleaning_Processes), this enhancement/defect is verified/closed by the Project Lead since this originator of this enhancement/defect has an inactive Bugzilla account and considered to be fixed. If this enhancement/defect is still unresolved and reproducible in the latest TPTP release (http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/downloads/), please re-open.
