We will explicitly focus on identifying and fixing places where significant bugs or incomplete implementations have caused problems for our consumers. The intent is to make a significant investment in fixing these issues. [All]

Marking as FIXED to align with move to Committed items list in the plan. Many areas were addressed. The PMC will create a new bug (or re-open this one) if this becomes a focus for 3.5
