Major items for PDE Build were:
1) bug 148782 - individual source bundles
2) bug 179612 - default assembly targets + customization
3) custom assembly steps (sort of bug 159240)
4) bug 211650 - p2 integration
5) bug 177677 - junit tests

Because when I asked people whether we had done enough to mark it as committed, I was told no.

I marked as fixed with the actual work done.

There were the following bugs:
bug 101241, bug 140745, bug 168365 that I removed because we did not get to them.
