Fixed in 3.4 M4.

There are several known issues. See the following for details:
- DateTime is not very accessible on Mac OS X: bug 212932
- ExpandBar is not accessible on Mac OS X: bug 212933
- Dialogs are not very accessible on Mac OS X: bug 212937
- Mac OS X accessibility does not have the standard relations: bug 212991
