Steps To Reproduce:
1. Right click on the file in Navigator -> Properties
2. Select Read-Only check box and Executable check box and click OK
3. Right click on this file in Navigator -> Properties
4. Observe that Executable check box isn't checked. This property didn't change
5. Uncheck Read-Only and click OK
6. Right click on this file in Navigator -> Properties
7. Observe that Read-Only check box is still checked and cannot be unchecked anymore
