Navigate / Next and Previous are not hooked by the sync view.
They are when using the compare editor.

To clarify, I was not talking about the toolbar buttons, which are no longer 
retargetable.  I meant the Navigate / Next and Previous menu items.
The sync view should hook these, otherwise the accelerators Ctrl+. and Ctrl+, 
will not work.

Still happens in F3 build.  
Only happens in Sync view.  Compare With / Each Other hooks them properly.

Please consider as candidate for F4.
