When I drag a method from the Hierarchy view onto the Outline of a Java Editor, I get the "insert" drop feedback line, although the cursor shows that dropping is not possible. I wouldn't expect to see the line if dropping is disabled.

A drop is possible, but only copy. The default op should change to copy.
