Steps To Reproduce:
1. Mark two repository locations.
2. Copy to Clipboard marked repository locations.
3. Try paste this repository locations to next instance of Eclipse.
4. Result is one merged repository locations.

Patch to split strings by newlines and try to create connections then.
Works for me both with single connection as well as many connections.

Any taker to review and commit? :-)
