R3.3 and latest 3.4 builds

1. have Navigator or Package Explorer (I guess any tree will do) with many items
2. at the end select an item
3. now select a second file near the top (so that the first one is no longer
   visible)
4. start to drag the selection into another folder
==> two issues:
1. the area defined by the two items gets a different background
2. the drag feedback flickers quite a lot while dragging around
