It appears the key word and "QA Contact" (oh, and just noticed whiteboard) were all filled in even though I'd blanked out. I see title was left as invalid old data too, even though I'd overwritten it. Also, I tried "saving as bookmarkable default" and that didn't help ... it seems literally just to make a URL you can use. kind of weird ... I could see correct title in summary, but when it showed me the whole page, it showed the incorrect title (again). I am not seeing this problem any longer ... not sure if this was due to any true "fix", or just rebooting something? But ... should be closed as 'fixed' or 'worksforme'. |
Just tonight this started ... I went to open a new bug, and several fields were already filled in with incorrect data. Apparently it came from the last bug I commented on ... and by opening this bug I'll see if they all correctly "disappear" when I overwrite the invalid defaulted data. The invalid defaulted data was in the following fields Assign To: QA Contact Summary (title) keywords I did, btw, logged off, logged back on, hit refresh several times, and tried several components, all with the invalid ("left over") data. Hope this helps. Oh, just saw a button, as I was about to hit submit, that says "remember values as bookmarkable templates" ... maybe I just hit that by accident before.
