is there a shortcut key for zooming views?  It would be really nice (Ctrl-M in VA/Java).
There should also be actions somewhere (Window menu?)

This can be done using the viewor editors tool bar menu Alt - and then select 
Maximize.

There is no accelerator and we don't plan to include one.

Actually, I think this would be very useful. When dealing with larger files, I
always find it easier to work in maximized editors. A shortcut key would be
nice, F11 or F12 maybe.
