While working on bug#193849, I accidentally deleted the context, so I tried to retrieve it from the bug.

The problem is that after retrieving and activating the task, the editors were not restored.

This is because we now user a memento-based mechanism for restoring editors and consider editor mementos to be a workspace-specific mechanism.  However, if a Memento is lacking what we could do is fall back to our old strategy of explicitly opening editors up to some maximum (e.g. 8 as before).  For transfers local to the workspace (e.g. copy) we could explicitly copy the memento.

The fact that the files opened is not in the context export is really bad!
