Charts should be able to consume data from cubes. This is part of the 
chart/crosstab integration project.

Back-end support is completed in M4, builder UI changes will be done in M5.

Added UI support in chart builder to bind cube, except the cube filter, which will be fixed as bug 214577

1. Dropdown combo for level selection is not supported.
2. Grouping is not disabled.
3. To use DtE parser utility and remove the aggregation type check in cube query helper
