The XMPP provider needs to support invitation sender

Added implementation of getInvitationSender() for xmpp provider and committed to HEAD.  Added test case in org.eclipse.ecf.tests.presence bundle, test case:  ChatRoomInvitationTest.

Will keep bug open until others have had a chance to test with test code and/or 
there own code.  Note:  See README.TXT in org.eclipse.ecf.tests.presence plugin
to run tests.
