Build F2, Windows 2000 The elements of the task view window (console, task view, etc.) can become semi- undocked on occasion, where they exist in the same location as if they were docked, but do not respond resizing of their container ('split pane' segment). This seems to happen to me when synchronizing with the repository. The synchronize view appears as an element of the task list window. I select 'fast view' (right click on title bar and select from drop down menu) for the synchronize view, then the task view window undocks itself on occasion. I've even had a console window show up that had no title bar. (I could not get rid of it but I could see the task list behind it.) No .log entries are produced when this happens.
