Select Perspective->Show View->Others

	You get a dialog with a tree view. There is no icon
	next to the "top level category" names. Notice also
	the spacing between the + and the label

	Now expand the Basic category. Notice all the top
	level labels have moved to the right...like making room
	for an icon which they do not have.

	If there is no icons for these top level labels, maybe
	we should have two lists (like the main New Wizard
	page - categories on left side, and wizards for selected
	category on the right side)?
