Non-committers are interested in the process / progress of CQs.

It would be great if we could provide an overview / dash / tracking for CQs for non-committers.

Implementing this bug would require policy reconsiderations that we are not pursuing at this point in time.  Placing as a lower priority.

My impression is that the overhead associated with implementing this would exceed the benefit.  Closing out at this point in time.
