I know folks are already aware of this but I didn't see a bug for it:

When writing a post, one is unable to upload an image.  It seems to be a permission problem with the location the image is to be stored to, eg:

  Unable to create directory
  /home/apps/wordpress/wp-content/blogs.dir/5/files//2007/07. Is its parent 
  directory writable by the server?


Marking as Major since blogging without pictures misses half the fun (especially for us visual types).

I remember seeing posts from Wayne with images.  I think this is fixed.  Please reopen if not.
