We should have a option to have one editor opened and keep changing its
	contents as the selection is changed in the navigator.

	If the file is dirty we should give the user the option to save or not,
	cancel and the option to open a new editor.

Released a while ago.
The user can set "the number of open editors before reusing". Once "N" editors 
are opened the last activated one is reused.
