If you press the "Open New Window", "Open in Current Window", or "Replace
With" buttons in the shortcut bar a new perspective is created with the default
perspective.  However, there is no indication of default perspective in the RMB menu
or that the default perspective will be used if the action is selected.  This
makes it unclear as to what will happen if the buttons are pressed.  

Suggestion: Show the default perspective at the top of the menu and display it
in bold.
