Confusing label in Test preferences.

When opening the Preferences >> Test page, the default port used when executing tests (local and remote) is denoted by the following label:

Agent Controller local port:

This should be change to something less confusing for the remote test execution use case:

Updated preference dialog layout to include groups of preferences, updated string to 'Agent Controller port' under the Test Execution group (did not include default since there is no mechanism to configure the port in the Location editor or launch configuration dialog), and removed 2 references to IBM (e.g. IBM Agent Controller).
