Following GMF features are declaring org.eclipse.emf.ocl as required plugin/feature:

- org.eclipse.gmf.sdk.experimental
- org.eclipse.gmf.sdk
- org.eclipse.gmf

This plugin (org.eclipse.emf.ocl) is not used by GMF plugins anymore. org.eclipse.ocl should be reclared as required plugin instead.
