Description Tod Creasey CLA 2001-10-10 22:22:49 EDT 
If we add an External program that we did not get from the External Programs
list we do not get the icon that the window system uses.

STEPS
1) Add an extension .cda to the file editors preference
2) Add an editor
3) Select browse
4) Select c:\winnt\cd32.exe
5) You get the default icon
