As soon as you hover over a name in the contacts ui, you get a popup with user info. This is great, however that popup comes up so fast that it's difficult to just right click on a user's name. There should be a longer delay for that popup.

Difficult indeed - this patch increases the delay and positions the tooltip slightly differently so that the mouse pointer is not inside the tooltip when it pops up.

I've attached a patch rather than released to CVS because I don't think this is serious enough to trigger a new build.  Scott, if another build is happening anyway you might want to put this in, it's a very low-risk fix.

I've applied patch from 72267 and tested.  There will be another ECF build before Europa, so this will make it into the release.  Thanks Boris.  Marking bug as fixed.
