Query/category tooltip should show number of open issues, so user won't have to do the math on 4 digit numbers to figure out how many open issues in given query/category:

Open [x] / Completed [x] / Total [x]

"open" label and few other tweaks

Attached patch implement the following tweaks:

-- Adds Open/Completed/Total
-- Adds day of week to the "Sheduled for"
-- Moves error text to the bottom of tooltip

BTW, there is no real need to use custom widget for the progress bar. If there is no need for custom drawing,  SWT ProgressBar widget is working just fine, and don't require extra Composite to control its size.

Patch will need to be re-created due to fixes for bug 193870.  

+1 for the suggestion in the description. 

-1 for the standard SWT progress bar because this needs to be consistent with the Task Progress bar, which is consistent with the JUnit progress bar and not with the SWT progress bar.

Here is updated patch

One more improvement would be to show icon from the task list (query/category/task) on the first rowm and move issue tracker icon into second row. Though I am not sure how to get task list icon...

Also, it would be a good idea to extract all rendering into a separate Composite component. So, it would be easier reuse it for showing tooltips in other places.

Unfortunately the source clean-up made this patch stale (again) and it has too many conflict for me to merge manually.  I expect that it will just be a straightforward synch and re-create on your end.

Patch applied, with some finessing for readability and since "Open" is not part of our common terminology.
