Steps To Reproduce:
1. Press "Reload" button from "Target Platform" preferences page
2. Press "Apply" button
3. Press "OK" button


More information:
Workaround: Instead of step 3 just press "Cancel" button

Do you have a project on which this fails?  I am not able to reproduce this on a simple plug-in project, not any of the pde plug-ins I check out from CVS.
