I assume that this was intended to be CSV (comma separated value) not CVS (source control).  Please correct if that's not the case.

You are right.Can i know whether this isuue is fixed?

We currently have no plans to implement this, but could take it as a contribution.  For more information on contributing see: http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/Mylyn_Contributor_Reference

If there is community interest on this we could also consider adding it to the Mylyn 3.0 plan.

A basic connector that stores tasks in XML files is now available as an example: bug 269601.

Improvements to import and export functionality are tracked on bug 248364.
