The checkbox to attach the context to the patch in the bug tracker is always turned on, when the user selects patch as attachment type.

It'd be great if Mylyn could remember the user's choice on a per project or per bug tracker basis.

Can refine this for 3.1 once attachment support has been overhauled for 3.0.
