CORRECTION - 4. Click over to Eclipse, and open the Run dialog 5. Paste into one of the "arguments" pane's text fields (Pasting into the editor behaves correctly.) This is working as designed: since the launch dialog has a filtered tree it is the first widget to get focus when the dialog opens (like the preferences dialog). On taking focus all of the 'prompting' filter text is selected so the user can immediately begin typing to filter the view (again like the pref dialog). If you try the mentioned steps on any page in the pref dialog that has a text field the same thing occurs. marking as worksforme |
