agreed, we are waiting until we can move to JDK 1.4 which comes with regexp support. Are you talking about Find/Replace in the editor or about the global File/Text Search feature? Both would be nice but certainly the global File/Text Search feature is _way_ more important (i.e. implementing in the editor and not the global search would be mostly useless to me) ... I would imagine that implementing the functionality in the core package and providing it as a service to each editor as necessary would be perfect. reopen to close as duplicate. |
