Using freeze 2 for release 2.0, in the Workbench preference page, the 
Single/Double click options have the following problems:

1) There is no mnemonics for "Double click", "Single click", "Select on hover", 
and "Open when using arrow keys". New ones should not conflict with the other 
preferences on the page nor the buttons. We should use "O", "S", "h", and "k" 
for these preferences. They will not conflict with anything

2) The words "Open Mode" should be "Open mode" (lowercase "m" to be consistent 
with other pages.

3) The options "Double Click" and "Single Click" should also use lowercase "c" 
for "click". Again, to be consisten with other pages.
