We have a "Build Order" preference page.  However, the autobuild option toggle is in the workbench page.
Took me a minute to find it, I first assumed that all the build preferences would be together.
Perhaps we should instead have a "Builder" pref page that has both the autobuild option and the build order options.

I don't think this is really a good idea as it has nothing to do with build 
order - if we change the name of the Build Order page to the Build page this 
might make more sense.

Just to add a twist:  "autobuild" is not really a preference, its a mode.  A 
few months ago I sent out a long note on this subject, and about turning on/off 
decorators.

With the work that needs to be done to handle circular project references we 
will need to rework the build 
order page significantly.  (While using/not using the default may be a 
preferece, defining the build order isn't a preference).

Given that this is going to go away I am closing this PR.
