Steps to recreate the problem:
- go to main menu -> Window -> Preferences
- expand Java -> Installed JREs

Problem description:
testcase: "ensure [...] that the Add, Edit, Copy, Remove and Search buttons have tooltips"
build: no tooltips

As far as I know, dialog buttons in Eclipse do not have tooltips. Tod?

It is possible  but we generally do not do this unless more verbose information is required.

This bug, as well as bug #191363 and #191345, were opened because a TVT test case provided by Micheal Rennie said that the tooltips should be verified.  If the tooltips do not exist then please just close the bug.
