Steps To Reproduce:
1. Close the application. Assume the current locale in english
2. Change to german locale.
3. restart the application and see the view title text which are in inactive
4. those titles are still in english. while we click it the text refreshes to german

This has been biting Adobe pretty badly in Flash Catalyst. I think we're going to try working around it by forcing a perspective reset when we detect that the locale has changed.

It happens on Mac OS X Carbon, too, so I changed the platform label.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
