Build F2.

1. Close all perspectives.
2. Open a Resource Perspective.
3. Show View-->Other-->Update Manager-->Select all 4 views.
4. At this point "Preview" tab has focus.  Make this a Fast View.
5. Click under the fast view icon on the shortcut bar to close the fast view 
(if it is actually opened, sometimes it doesn't open).
6. Now click the right mouse button on the "Install Configuration" title bar.  
Notice that the fast view for "Preview" opens.
7. Make the "Install Configuration" a fast view.
8. Make the other Update Manager views fast views as in Step 6.
9. Now successively select the fast view icons in the short cut bar.  Notice 
that some of the fast views do not display (flash out then back in).

This appears to be related to the Update Manager views.  Tried reproducing the 
behavior with other groups of views and could not.  Not sure what they could be 
doing that is messing things up so much.  Should probably reassign this to that 
component.
