The combo boxes for Fix and Affects version in the new task editor should be displayed as lists like in the editor for existing tasks.

That section is inherited from the AbstractRepositoryTaskEditor, so I guess we better resolve bug 179254 first, because we'd need to share good chunk of code between JiraTaskEditor and NewJiraTaskEditor.
