Dave Dykstal (ddykstal) is filling in as replacement release engineer for moberhuber for DSDP-TM. See also bug #188133 which asked for making Dave a member of dsdp-tmadmin, and bug #169349 asking for giving him Europa access rights. Dave has also been subscribed to eclipse.org-project-leads@eclipse.org already for the same reason.

Dave will also need to be a jarsigner so he can prepare valid signed bundles of DSDP-TM for Europa. Please grant that privilege.

David is now authorized to sign, and should have received an e-mail with instructions detailing the signing process.
